Connect your own Instagram account and let the AI handle incoming customer conversations, product questions, website sharing and sales enquiries.
Follow these steps exactly. You do NOT need to give us your Instagram password.
Open Meta for Developers and log in using the Meta account that manages your Instagram.
Open the Meta Developer App connected to the Instagram account you want to automate.
Inside Meta, use the search box and type exactly:
Open the Instagram API setup shown by Meta. Use the Instagram account you want our AI to manage.
Choose the Instagram professional/business/creator account that you want to connect.
⚠️ Check the username carefully. Make sure it is YOUR store account.
When Meta asks you to authorize access, approve the Instagram permissions required for the messaging features.
Inside the Instagram/API tools of your Meta app, look for the area that lets you authenticate or generate an Access Token.
Use Meta's own authentication flow and copy the Access Token generated for YOUR Instagram account.
Inside your Meta/Instagram account setup, find the User ID belonging to the same Instagram account.
Enter these three things:
